Something possessed me to buy a package of nine very large boneless skinless chicken breasts—likely the fact that it cost only $1.00 more than the small package of four. Am I missing some point when it comes to logic in supermarket sale pricing? We had Joan Nathan’s Greek lemon chicken for the seder, and then the delicate chicken in coconut sauce. I froze the remaining chicken because no matter how much I want to clear out my freezer, I don’t want to eat chicken every day for a week! It was a nice spring day and Mr. Tess suggested that with fire up the grill for the first time this year, and grilled chicken sounded better than going to the store (there is mostly pork, bacon, scallops, shrimp, and other non-kosher for Passover food in the freezer), so I thawed out the bargain chicken. Life overtook us and we all know it’s best not to grill in the dark, so I made the ever delicious Chicken, Cashews, and Miso in a Wok.
