  1. Lol, we had a blast trying to figure out how to make passover friendly sushi during our meal this year. We decided that you could make a Hillel sushi “sandwich” inspired sushi. Soak matzah in water so that it is pliable for the nori. Then make a paste out of gefilte for the rice, and fill with a little charoset and horseradish. Roll up and “enjoy”. A joke of course…

    • Temari sushi with a mustard green leaf, spread with chaoroset, (small) matzo ball, dab of horseradish on top, dip in salt water before eating…
