Hot Noodle Broth

  • 4 cups water
  • 3 Tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon Super Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Put all of the ingredients into a small pan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring to dissole the sugar. Turn off the heat. You can keep this broth refrigerated for up to 3 days.

Pour hot broth over your udon, somen, or soba. Noodles can be topped with a variety of vegetables, cooked meat or seafood, eggs, tofu, and your choice of condiments.
